1. We buy only OEM cartridges.  We will not purchase remanufactured cartridges.  If you are not sure whether your cartridge is a remanufactured or OEM, call our toll-free number 888.628.3639.

2. You must send in a minimum of 15 cartridges & cell phones per label.  There is no maximum quantity that you can send. The more cartridges and cell phones you can fit into one box, the better. If space is an issue please call our toll free number for approval on smaller shipments.

3. Do not send in items that are not on our buyback list.  If an item is not on our list then it has no value and we can not pay for you to ship it.  If you need an updated buyback list, please call our toll-free number.

4. We can not pay you for damaged items. In order to secure your products during shipment, place them in a large box fitting as many items in as possible.  You should use packing material such as newspaper or bubble wrap (no peanuts please) to secure your items. If you can shake your packages and not hear products moving, then you are ready to ship!

5. If the total value of your shipment does not exceed $10.00, we can not write you a check until you send in more items.  We will then add the previous balance to your new balance.  If that total equals $10.00 or more, we will send you a check.

6. We update our buyback list weekly.  Before you send in a shipment, call to receive an updated buyback list so that there is no confusion about how much you are getting paid for your products. 

7. If you would like to join our Buyback Update E-list, call our toll-free number.  Once on this list, you will receive buyback lists as they are updated.
